PRICE PER CHALET PER WEEK

THE PRICES INCLUDE

• Bedsheets : the beds are ready on your arrival day
• Electricity, gas, water, parking, tv satellite. Wi-fi.
• Parking for cars inside the residence (one vehicle per chalet), for a possible second vehicle, there are spaces available just outside the residence, about 50 meters away.
• Parking for trailers or motorcycles.
• A deposit of € 150, - will be required on the arrival day and will be returned after the last inspection on the departure's day. In case of departure before 8:00 a.m., the deposit will be returned by bank transfer.

Compulsory !!!

Wash the dishes, glasses, empty the fridge and leave the kitchen so clean and tidy, as you found it on your arrival day !

NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE

• Bath towels. You can eventually rent them at the cost of € 8,- per pair.
• Heating (during early or later saison) : every chalet has got a wood pellet stove. A package of 15 kgs is enough for 2 days.
• Final  cleaning = € 50,- : this charge does not include the kitchen, which must be left clean and tidy - including washing and tidying up the dishes in the cupboards and emptying the refrigerator, take the rubbish in the special containers outside the residence - as you found it on your arrival day. Extra charges :

5th or 6th person in the apartment : + € 30,- per person per week.

Baby bed : 
€ 30,- for the staying.

Pets / dogs : + € 35,- per pet per week. (cats not allowed, because of allergies).

Tourist tax : + € 1,00 per day per person from 15 until 80 years old in the period from April 1st until Octobre 31st.

CONDITIONS

Arrival and departure day : saturday.

Arrival time : between 16:00 and 21:30 p.m.

Departure time : before 9.30 a.m.

Deposit : 30 % required on reservation. The rest to be paid on arrival day, while giving the key of apartment.

Caution : € 150.00 per apartment is requested as guarantee. It will be given back after a final check on departure day. For departures before 8 a.m., the caution will be given back by bank transfer.

In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained, unless it is possible - with commitment on both sides - to re-book the chalet for a period of equal duration.

To prevent unfavorable or unfortunate events, from spoiling your next holiday,  we suggest you to protect your reservation with a travel insurance.

MEALS IN OUR RESTAURANT

€ 12,- per person for breakfastbuffet (€ 6.50 for children 4 – 10 years old).

€ 28,- per person for dinner menu : first course, main course with vegetables, buffet of salads, dessert. Discount for children.

Half board (every day) € 36,- per person per day (discount for children).
