RECEPTION

The reception office is open from 8 a.m .

Our hotel rooms are available late in the morning, on arrival day and must be left within 10 o’clock for the cleaning.

Following the laws, we request a valid document with your personal data, which are necessary for the check in.

At the end of your staying, the payment can be made through cash, bank or credit card, such as Visa, Mastercard (but not American Express or Diners).

If you are leaving before 8 o’clock in the morning, we kindly ask you to contact us on previous day, to organize your check out, thank you !

The apartments are available starting from 4 p.m. on your arrival day.

It is suitable to check in before 6.30 p.m. in order to have time for giving the keys, before starting dinner service in our restaurant.

On your check in, a valid document with personal data (identity card or passport) is required, along with the settlement of your staying in the chalet (any further bar or restaurant bill can be paid on departure day) and a damage deposit, which will be given back after a final check on departure. If you leave before 8 o’clock in the morning, the deposit will be sent back by bank transfer.

The chalets must be left bevore 10 o’clock on departure day.
